Lacey's 15 Month Checkup

Height is 30 1/8 inches. She hasn't grown at all really compared to last time. I think something is screwy there. In fact, she supposedly shrunk by 3/8 inch or something so I'm guessing he didn't stretch her out very well this time and probably over stretched her last time! But it's the 25-50 percentile for height. Weight is 20lbs 8 oz. Up just over a pound from 3 months ago! So she's tiny there too! 25th percentile. But she is moving around a lot so she's burning those baby calories. We have to do 2 more shots at her 18 month. The doctor says she's a little behind in speech compared to "normal". Usually, kids her age are about 5-6 words. And up to 8-10 words at 18 months. But she's early with pointing out her body parts which doesn't usually happen until around 18 months. She's also cutting 2 molars! She skipped some teeth! She only has the two on top and two on the bottom and I thought that the next in line were the ones right next to those. But she decided to do her own thing. But that explains all the finger chewing and drooling going on in the last couple of weeks. All in all, she's a healthy, happy little girl that's on the petite side. Sounds perfectly good to me!
