Good news

My car is finished and back in my driveway! Woohoo! It was very surreal to have it back. I was getting used to the minivan after all this time. (heh heh). But it is SO nice to have all that drama behind me. Now, we wait for the big reimbursement check for the outrageous rental fees we had to pay.

I have 10 WEEKS left of this pregnancy. Do you hear me?? TEN WEEKS. That's almost single digits. That means that a baby is coming VERY soon. I have done nothing in preparation! I still have to buy all the extra furniture! Not that it's especially important right this minute but I feel like I should be DOING something. I have to remember to pull the bassinet out of the storage unit in the next couple of weeks and make room for it in our bedroom, too. It is the strangest thing that another baby will be here so soon. I mean, even the second time around, the concept is hard to grasp. I am excited and nervous and in complete denial all at the same time. But when I see the brand new little babies in the waiting room at the OB's office, I can't help but get smiley and giddy. How can you resist such a teeny tiny little sweetie.
