21 Week Checkup

All is good. Baby's heart rate is 162 and very active. Especially in the middle of the night. I have only gained back 4 pounds of the 10 that I lost so I'm doing very well. I hope that I don't suddenly gain a shocking amount of weight like last time for no reason. I'm feeling much better these days. My next appt will probably include an order to take the dreaded glucose test, which I have already started having nightmares about. I really don't know why they can't give you laughing gas beforehand or SOMETHING to take the edge off. I am already praying that it comes back negative so I won't have to take the 3-hour test.
