Just as well I say! We bid 5k less and asked for help with closing costs and they turned it down citing that they needed the full price and would accept nothing less. So we decided it wasn't worth it and will keep looking. I have expanded our search area a little and even included a couple of townhomes in the area that look really good. I wouldn't mind a townhome but Matt has always been a little hesitant about it. But you never know. You can't pass up a good thing, no matter what kind of home it is. And I saw a couple of cute ones. So the search continues. I just hope that our own home doesn't sell out from under us *too* quickly, but I don't want to wish bad luck on the sale. We'll see how it goes.
