Pumpkin, you were one awesome pumpkin! You won the "Best Costume" in the contest for your group and got a printed certificate for winning. I was such a proud mommy! You also got plenty of yummy candies and goodies from the shopping center where they took you to trick-or-treat.

In the afternoon, Daddy picked you up from daycare and when I got home, we gave you a lollipop from your bag to suck on. It was cherry flavored and you were drooling all over the place!! You were totally loving that lollipop.

In the evening, we dressed you up again and took you to see the neighbors. Miss Robbin gave you some more lollipops to take home. Then, you sat on Daddy's lap and helped us give out candy. Well, really, you watched. You were so sleepy by then that you mostly just stared out at all the kids running around the street in costume and barely moved. So many people complimented the "little pumpkin" on Daddy's lap. After the crowds died down, we took you inside to get ready for bed. You had a very full day!
You were so good about wearing your costume. You never once pulled on the hat or took off the booties...even when the hat would cover your eyes. You were a very good sport and Mommy is very proud of you. It seems such a shame to only wear the costume once, so we are going to dress you up again and take you to Grandmom's house this weekend to show it off.
