Quick Notes

Matt got the job last week, as many of you already know. However, to date, we are still waiting on his test results to come in so they can complete his application process and give him a start date. waiting...waiting...waiting...

Nathan can pull up to standing now!!! Most annoyingly, in his crib when he should be going to sleep instead. But he is SO CUTE standing there waiting for me to come back in. LOL! I should get a picture next time for your viewing pleasure. But he also uses everything else to stand up as well. Also, and the most dangerous of all, he can actually climb up one step! Once, he got away from me (you know how lightening fast he is with that army crawl) and had his knees on the first step and heading up to the second. ACK!!! Good thing I caught up to him before anything bad came of that.

Mom and Dad left on Monday. Lacey thought pawpaw had gone to the store. She's so funny. Or maybe she was HOPING that was the case. But she hasn't asked about him since. I doubt she's forgotten about them, she probably has just accepted they are gone now.

I'm hoping that Matt's mom has the pool open. We'll probably be going to visit them on Sunday and I'm interested to see what Lacey does about the pool. My friend Kelly's son apparently was brave enough to do some actual swimming with arm swimmies on. I don't see Lacey going for that, but one never knows.
